BRIT Awards 2014: Ellie Goulding and Kylie Minogue top worst dressed list

THE BRIT Awards tends to split opinion in regards to red carpet outfits, but we think this year there were definitely some very dubious choices.

Despite the world-famous singers and celebrities having the cash to splash out on a stylist or a mirror, they still wore outfits that Keith Lemon would sniff at.

If you missed the red carpet action last night, you may want to take a look at these interesting fashion choices.

1) Laura Whitmore

The I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here Now! presenter looked like a 90s Spice Girls reject in a sheer mini dress. And she showed off a LOT of side-boob.

2) Ellie Goulding

The Burn singer looked like she took inspiration from My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. Thank the Lord we didn't see any grabbing.

3) Katy B

The redheaded singer may have a cracking figure, but this string vest-inspired frock clashed with her locks. Not a good look.

4) Sara Cox

The former Radio 1 DJ didn't really seem to understand the dress code for the evening, black tie it ain't.

5) Peaches Geldof

Sir Bob Geldof's daughter took the vampire theme too far with her 90s crop top and leather skirt.

The Radio 1 DJ forgot that Christmas has been and gone with this festive outfit.

7) Jessie J

The former Voice mentor nearly flashed her bottom and cleavage in a Britney Spears-esque catsuit. Thankfully, she kept the flesh in check.

Cheryl Cole's BFF brought her net curtains along for the ride this evening. We love the dress underneath it though.

9) Kylie Minogue

The Voice mentor looked like a leather Quality Street in this bow frock. It ain't Christmas Kylie.
